Manthan conducts six-month residential course at its campus for preparation for exam for public services recruitment for village youth who are preparing for these exams and need guidance. This is based on the need expressed by the villagers for the exams for which they want to prepare. Manthan arranges teachers, books, newspapers, resource persons for their preparation. Manthan charges only a token fee from the students.
